Let's practice deeply together.

We'll share:

Invigorating yoga and self-care practices to align with the dynamic qualities of the Spring season.

Grounding meditation from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition to bring ease and peace to the Spring Vitality immersion process.

Vitalizing Ayurvedic dietary & self-care practices to promote circulation in your body and mind.

As we transition into Spring, the environment moves from the relative stillness of Winter to a period of profound growth and expansion.

Let's align with this outer transition by simplifying our diet and activity, committing to a daily rhythm of yoga and meditation for balancing the body, breath, and mind.

Join Chandra and Scott during this weeklong retreat to generate vitality, freshness, and clarity. Daily classes will include time for Q&A in addition to a moderated community forum.
